Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Sales Engineer to drive sales and expand our business for CAD-

CAM/PLM products. The role involves extensive fieldwork, interacting with clients, and

closing deals. If you are passionate about sales and technology, this is the perfect prospect

Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate recent business opportunities through field visits,

cold calls, and networking.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer

suitable solutions.
Demonstrate and promote the company’s CAD-CAM/PLM products effectively.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.




Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities.
Collaborate with the internal sales and technical team for smooth customer onboarding and

support.
Provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends to improve product offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
Skills Required:

o Solid communication and negotiation skills.

o Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.

o Proficiency in delivering presentations and demonstrations.

o Self-motivated with a proactive sales approach.

o Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
