Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage E-Invoicing and VAT Compliance implementation projects. The role requires robust project management, client handling, regulatory understanding, and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead E-Invoicing implementation projects from planning through delivery.
Understand and track applicable VAT, E-Invoicing, and regulatory requirements.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and project updates.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues and drive timely resolution.
Prepare project documentation, status reports, and implementation updates.




Ensure project deliverables meet defined business and compliance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in Project Management, E-Invoicing, Tax Technology, VAT, ERP, or Compliance Technology.
Solid understanding of E-Invoicing and VAT compliance.
Experience managing client-facing technology implementation projects.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
