Lead and oversee daily bakery production and operations.
Develop cutting-edge recipes and seasonal bakery menus.
Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, presentation, and portioning.
Plan production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer demand.
Manage bakery staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Monitor inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
Control food cost, labor cost, and minimize wastage.
Implement and maintain SOPs for bakery production.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP/FSSAI).
Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Procurement for smooth business operations.
Introduce recent bakery trends,



products, and production techniques.
Maintain bakery equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance.
Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous quality improvement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
