About the Role:
SkipperX is looking for enthusiastic and ambitious candidates to join our team as Inside Sales Associates. This is a sales-focused role where you'll connect with students, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right upskilling programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and counsel prospective students via calls.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication.
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and business growth.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
