Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Manage school accounts, fee records, and reconciliations
Prepare budgets, financial statements, and audit reports
Handle payroll, taxation, and statutory compliances
Coordinate with external auditors and banks
Support management with financial analysis and insights

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in an educational institution)
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
Robust organizational and analytical skills
High level of integrity and attention to detail
