We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team, with robust expertise in highway and structural works.

Experience: 5–6 years

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities:
Tender estimation and rate analysis for highway and structural projects
Preparation and processing of running/final bills (RA bills)
Price variation and escalation calculations as per contract clauses
Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and supporting documentation
Quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation
Reconciliation of materials and cost control

Requirements:
5–6 years of proven experience in quantity surveying, majorly in highway and structure works
Robust knowledge of tender estimation, billing, price variation, and escalation
Experience in preparing time extension (EOT) claims
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
