Candidate Requirements:
Candidate must be currently working with a freight forwarding company.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding.
Solid experience in Import Customer Handling / Key Account Management / CRM.
Positive knowledge of Air & Sea Import; import knowledge will be an added advantage.
Experience in handling existing customers, rate follow-ups, business conversion and account growth.
Should be comfortable with volume/revenue targets and territory development.
Strong customer relationship, negotiation and communication skills.
Good coordination with Pricing, Operations, Documentation and other internal teams.




Candidates with proven experience in customer retention, revenue growth and business development from existing accounts will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
