A Nurse is responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and professional patient care under the direction of doctors and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities
Assess patients’ health conditions and monitor vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Provide wound care, injections, IV care, and other nursing procedures as required.
Educate patients and their families about treatment, medication, and health management.
Monitor patients’ progress and report changes promptly to the medical team.
Maintain infection-control and patient-safety standards.
Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and assist with basic life-support procedures when required.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare specialists to ensure quality patient care.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
