Must-Have Skills:
HL7 v2 standards (ADT, ORU, SIU message types)
CCDA/CDA document structure and parsing
XML/XSD validation
SQL (querying and incident analysis)
Production support experience
Monitoring tools and incident management
Valuable-to-Have Skills:
Snowflake database experience
Cloverleaf or a similar interface engine
FHIR R4 knowledge
HL7 Certification
Evaluation Notes:
This is a healthcare domain-focused role; clinical knowledge is as key as technical expertise.
The candidate must have hands-on production support experience and should not have only a development background.
During the evaluation, please assess real incident-handling experience, including:
CCDA parsing errors
HL7 v2 channel failures
Production incident troubleshooting and resolution
