Job Description

We are looking for motivated candidates to join our recruitment team as HR Recruiters.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate in any stream

Key Responsibilities

● Source and screen candidates through calls, job portals, and social media.

● Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluate profiles.

● Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.

● Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.

● Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

● Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Requirements

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

● Comfortable with calling and candidate interaction.

● Freshers are welcome to apply.

● Candidates who are target-oriented and willing to learn are preferred.
