Experience Required: 1–3 years (freshers with positive communication may also be considered)

Role Summary
Responsible for handling day-to-day calls and coordination with customers and vendors — including order taking, follow-ups, sales calls, and general query resolution — ensuring smooth communication between the company and external parties.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Calls
Attend inbound customer calls for order inquiries, complaints, and general queries
Follow up with customers for order confirmations, payment reminders, and feedback
Maintain a polite and qualified tone in all communications
Vendor Calls
Call vendors to place orders, confirm delivery schedules, and follow up on pending supplies
Coordinate with vendors for rate confirmations and documentation
Escalate delays or discrepancies to the concerned department
Sales Calls
Make outbound calls to existing/prospective customers for sales follow-ups
Share product information, pricing,



and availability as needed
Support the sales team in lead follow-up and conversion
Coordination & Documentation
Maintain call logs, order records, and follow-up trackers
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, accounts) for order fulfillment
Update customer/vendor databases as needed
General
Handle email/WhatsApp communication alongside calls where required
Support admin/sales team with other coordination tasks as assigned

Skills Required
Positive verbal communication skills (Hindi/English/Bengali as applicable)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email)
Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude
Ability to multitask and handle call volume

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
