Role Description The Owner role at Adage Automation Private Limited is a full time, on-site position based in Odisha, India. The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, drive growth initiatives, and ensure the company’s solutions remain competitive and aligned with industry needs in gas analytics and environmental monitoring.

Daily responsibilities include managing key client relationships, guiding product and solution development, supervising financial performance, and coordinating with subsidiary teams to maintain global standards. The role also involves setting operational policies,



leading senior leadership teams, and ensuring adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality requirements. The Owner will represent the company in strategic partnerships and industry forums, while fostering a culture of innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and strategic management skills, including business planning, decision-making, and team leadership.
- Experience in industrial gas analytics, process optimization, emission monitoring, or related engineering environments.
- Solid financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiation.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and partnerships, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of environmental regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements relevant to industrial applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multicultural and global teams.
- Background in engineering, science, or technology (e.g., Chemical, Instrumentation, Environmental, or related disciplines); advanced degree or MBA is beneficial.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership or business ownership role within industrial automation, analytics, or allied sectors.
