Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the Operation Theatre (OT) department, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources.
- Supervise OT staff, including anesthetists, surgeons, nurses, and technicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule procedures and manage workflow effectively.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed hospital or medical institution.
- Solid knowledge of anesthesia techniques, medical equipment, and medical instruments used in OT settings.
- Excellent team management skills with ability to supervise multiple tasks simultaneously.
