We are seeking an experienced Order Management / Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant with robust expertise in order management, pricing, Global Order Promising (GOP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

* Strong experience in Order Management and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Order Management
- Pricing
- Global Order Promising (GOP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Understanding of the end-to-end OTC business process.
- Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience delivering 2–3 implementation projects in the OTC domain.




- Experience with end-to-end implementation lifecycle activities.
- Exposure to pricing design, billing, collections, receivables, and financial integration.
- Experience in conducting client workshops and solution walkthroughs.
- Knowledge of relevant ERP or order-management platforms.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a client-facing OTC professional with strong functional expertise in Order Management, pricing, GOP, and AR. They should have experience supporting multiple implementations and be comfortable working across business requirements, solution design, testing, and delivery.
