We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Talent & Learning Functional Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, and application support activities within Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Talent Management , Learning Management (Oracle Learning Cloud - OLC) , and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) , along with exposure to Oracle HCM implementation and support projects.
The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, technical teams, and project leads to deliver high-quality Oracle HCM solutions that support organizational talent development and learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules.
- Manage and support:
- Goal Management
- Performance Management
- Career Development
- Talent Review
- Succession Planning
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Assist HR teams in improving talent assessment and employee development processes.
- Support quarterly updates and feature enhancements.
Learning Management (Oracle Learning Cloud - OLC)
- Configure and maintain Oracle Learning Cloud.
- Support learning initiatives, certifications, learning assignments, and learning communities.
- Manage learner and manager learning workflows.
- Configure learning catalogs, specializations, and course offerings.
- Resolve learning-related system issues and user queries.
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Support Oracle Recruiting Cloud configuration and process administration.
- Assist in requisition setup, candidate management, approvals, and hiring workflows.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for recruitment process improvements.
- Ensure recruitment processes align with business requirements.
Functional Support & Implementation
- Participate in Oracle HCM implementation and support projects.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
- Assist in Solution Design and Configuration activities.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with technical teams when required.
- Analyze and resolve functional incidents and service requests.

- Prepare:

- Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
- Maintain project and support documentation.
