Job Summary

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Oracle ERP Reports Developers with 7+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise reporting solutions, preferably within Oracle Fusion ERP Finance and SCM environments.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, SQL, data models, and Oracle ERP reporting , along with a solid understanding of Finance and/or SCM business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, enhance, and support reports for Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion .
- Develop complex reports using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) .
- Create and maintain data models, SQL queries, templates, bursting definitions, and scheduled reports .
- Develop reports for Finance and SCM modules based on business requirements.
- Work with functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and customize OTBI analyses, dashboards, and reports .
- Write complex SQL queries and optimize report performance.
- Extract and transform data from Oracle ERP tables, views, and subject areas.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and resolve data discrepancies.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and production support.
- Develop technical documentation for reports and reporting solutions.
- Work with integration and functional teams to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, testing,



deployment, and post-production support.

Required Skills / Must Haves

- 7+ years of experience in Oracle reporting/development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) .
- Strong SQL development and query optimization skills.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP reporting .
- Strong experience with Oracle ERP Finance and/or SCM reporting.
- Experience developing BI Publisher data models and report templates .
- Experience with OTBI .
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP data structures and reporting requirements.
- Experience with report scheduling, bursting, parameters, and security.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop scalable reporting solutions.

Preferred / Nice to Have

- Oracle Fusion Financials reporting experience.
- Oracle SCM reporting experience.
- Experience with modules such as:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Procurement
- Inventory
- Order Management
- Supply Chain
- Experience with Oracle EBS reporting.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration concepts.
- Experience working with OIC/integration teams.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile A senior Oracle reporting professional who can independently develop BIP/OTBI reporting solutions , write complex SQL, and understands Oracle ERP Finance/SCM business processes . Candidates with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud experience and offshore delivery experience are highly preferred.
