Role Description The Lead at Climate Par Charcha internship will coordinate and guide program activities that support climate education and engagement. This hybrid role is based in Lucknow, with a combination of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include organizing discussions or workshops, overseeing content creation and outreach materials, and supporting program planning and execution.

The Lead will collaborate with volunteers and team members, manage timelines, and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.



The role also involves tracking participation and impact metrics, gathering feedback, and suggesting improvements to enhance learner experience and community engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead group discussions and engage diverse audiences.
- Organizational and project coordination skills, including managing schedules, tasks, and small teams.
- Interest in climate change, sustainability, or social impact, with willingness to learn and stay updated on key topics.
