Recruit and onboard women professionals for Urban Company's Insta Help category.
Source candidates through field visits, communities, referrals, SHGs, societies, etc.
Explain the opportunity, complete onboarding/KYC, and drive activation.
Achieve weekly & monthly hiring targets.

Who We're Looking For:
0–3 years experience in field sales / recruitment / business development.
Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
Comfortable with extensive field travel.
Local language proficiency preferred.
Target-driven and valuable at building relationships.

Compensation:
₹27,000 Net Take-Home
₹3,000 Petrol Allowance
Up to ₹25,000 Incentives
Earning Potential: Up to ₹58,000/month
