Position: Field Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote diagnostic services, generate current business opportunities, and build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
Promote the company's diagnostic tests and services.
Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Follow up with clients and ensure timely service coordination.
Maintain daily field visit reports and sales records.
Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 0–2 years in Field Sales, Diagnostic Sales, Healthcare Sales, or a related field.
Freshers can also apply.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
