We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Etsy & Amazon USA Account Manager to manage and grow our online stores. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with product listings, SEO, inventory management, order processing, PPC campaigns, and customer support.

Responsibilities
Create and optimize Etsy and Amazon USA product listings.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies.
Manage inventory and pricing.
Monitor account health and performance metrics.
Handle customer messages, returns, and order issues.
Run and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
Analyze sales reports and recommend growth strategies.
Ensure compliance with Etsy and Amazon marketplace policies.

Requirements
Proven experience managing Etsy and/or Amazon USA seller accounts.
Solid knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Etsy Seller Dashboard.
Experience with product listing optimization and keyword research.
Understanding of Amazon PPC and marketplace analytics.




Excellent written English and communication skills.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or EverBee.
Graphic design or basic image editing skills.
Knowledge of product sourcing and inventory planning.
