Job Description

Radnus Communication is hiring an experienced Mobile Service Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing smartphones. The candidate must be capable of delivering high-quality repair services while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in Android and iPhone devices.
Replace damaged components such as displays, batteries, charging ports, speakers, microphones, cameras, and other mobile parts.
Perform software flashing, updates, unlocking, and troubleshooting.
Conduct thorough testing of repaired devices to ensure quality and functionality.
Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation.
Handle customer concerns professionally and provide repair recommendations.
Ensure repairs are completed within the committed turnaround time.
Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.

Requirements




1–3 years of experience as a Mobile Service Technician.
Good knowledge of Android and iPhone hardware and software repairs.
Hands-on experience in component replacement and troubleshooting.
Basic motherboard-level diagnosis and soldering skills are an added advantage.
Strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Good communication and customer handling abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
