Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and presentable Sales Engineer with experience in project sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business prospects in project sales (construction, infrastructure, industrial sectors)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Manage project pipelines and follow up on leads
Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:




Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 1 year of experience in project or technical sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Presentable personality with a confident and qualified approach
Ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels
Basic understanding of technical drawings and project specifications
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Skills:
Experience in construction, EPC, or infrastructure-related projects
Solid networking and relationship-building abilities
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
