Scope of Work:

The Tele caller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to promote products/services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Explain products/services clearly and answer customer questions.
Record all calls, leads, and customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
Coordinate with sales/marketing teams for follow-ups and appointments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions

Key Performance Indicators :




Number of calls made per day/week
Number of qualified leads generated
Call-to-conversion rate (appointments or sales)
Response time to inbound inquiries
Accuracy of CRM records and follow-ups
Customer feedback/satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
Positive listening, multitasking, and time management abilities
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software
Customer-oriented and goal-driven mindset

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
