Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Strategy
Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies.
Optimize product visibility, listings, and sales performance.

Product Listing Management
Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Ensure accurate and SEO-friendly product information.

Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock availability.
Minimize stock-outs and overstock situations.

Campaign & Promotions
Plan and manage promotional campaigns, deals, and marketplace advertising.
Drive traffic, visibility, and sales through platform marketing tools.

Performance Analysis
Track marketplace KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare actionable reports.
Recommend improvements to enhance sales and conversions.

Customer Experience
Manage customer inquiries, reviews, returns,



and refunds.
Ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Competitive Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Implement insights to improve marketplace performance.

Collaboration & Compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and industry best practices.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
E-Commerce: 5 years (Preferred)
