Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into confirmed appointments for visit.
Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets as assigned by management.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups in Excel sheets.
Submit daily reports to the sales HR or Manager regarding lead status and call outcomes.
Collect customer feedback and relay market insights, competitor pricing, and trends to the management team.
Stay updated with the latest solar industry trends, government policies, and product offerings to improve customer interaction.
