Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SCM Manager to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely availability of materials, productive inventory control, smooth logistics, and effective vendor management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Supply Chain Management activities.
Handle procurement, material planning, inventory, logistics, and dispatch operations.
Ensure timely availability of materials as per production requirements.
Coordinate with Purchase, PPC, Production, Stores, Quality, and Finance teams.
Manage vendor relationships, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.
Monitor inventory levels and optimize material holding costs.
Track material movement, dispatches, and delivery timelines.




Identify supply chain gaps and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and monitor SCM MIS, KPIs, and performance reports.
Drive cost reduction, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
Ensure smooth coordination across all supply chain functions.
Lead, guide, and monitor the SCM team.

Candidate Profile
12–15 years of experience in SCM / Supply Chain Management.
BE / Diploma / MBA qualification.
Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, logistics, material planning, and vendor management.
Valuable negotiation, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Experience in managing teams and end-to-end supply chain operations.
