JOB DESCRIPTION AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fitness and recreation

facility, ensuring smooth team management, facility maintenance, vendor coordination, data

reporting, and successful event execution. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer

service while maintaining operational excellence, safety, and compliance with company

standards. wellness programs.

Team Management
Manage staff rosters, attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
Conduct regular team briefings on SOPs, grooming, and company policies.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
Ensure adequate staffing and support employee training and development.

Floor Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness facility.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the gym, equipment, lockers, and

common areas.
Handle customer complaints, incidents, and operational issues promptly.
Monitor store inventory, conduct locker audits, and ensure customer satisfaction targets are

achieved.

Vendor & Facility Management
Coordinate with housekeeping, janitorial, laundry, and maintenance vendors.




Ensure timely preventive maintenance of equipment and quality service delivery.
Manage sports facility bookings, cancellations, and related operational activities.

Data & Operational Management
Maintain equipment checklists, staff rosters, attendance, and operational records.
Prepare and submit incident reports, event reports, and customer feedback reports.
Share daily user statistics and conduct weekly team performance reviews.
Monitor operational tickets and ensure timely closure.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of site assets and operational equipment.

Event Execution
Plan, coordinate, and execute fitness, wellness, and recreational events.
Allocate team responsibilities and coordinate with vendors for event arrangements.
Promote events and maintain participant records and event reports.

Additional Responsibilities
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time in line with

organizational requirements

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
