About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Lead Generation Specialist who can identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for our IT and digital services.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online research, and other platforms.
Identify and target potential clients for IT Services, Custom Software Development, Mobile App Development, Web Development, and Digital Marketing Services.
Research target markets, companies, decision-makers, and business requirements.
Use platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Google, and other lead-generation tools.
Maintain and regularly update lead databases and CRM records.
Conduct initial outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other skilled communication channels.
Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, and project potential.




Coordinate with the sales/business development team for qualified lead follow-ups.
Achieve monthly lead-generation and prospecting targets.
Track outreach activities, responses, and conversions.

Requirements
6 Months to 3 Years of experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or IT sales.
Experience in lead generation for IT Services, Software Development, Web & Mobile Apps, or Digital Marketing will be preferred.
Good understanding of LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and lead-generation techniques.
Strong internet research and prospecting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Candidates with experience working with international clients/markets will be preferred.
