IPA Private Limited is looking for a Service Engineer to join our service and technical support team.

Eligibility
Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics or related discipline
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply
Basic technical and troubleshooting knowledge
Positive communication and customer-handling skills
Willingness to travel to customer locations as required
Solid problem-solving and learning ability

Key Responsibilities
Attend customer service and technical support requirements
Assist in installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of equipment
Diagnose technical issues and provide appropriate support
Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams
Prepare service reports and maintain service documentation
Travel to customer sites as required

Work Location: Peenya, Bangalore
