Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our jewellery/luxury retail team. The ideal candidate should have strong retail sales experience, excellent customer-handling skills, and the ability to deliver a premium showroom experience while consistently achieving sales targets.

Candidates with experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion retail, premium brands, or high-value products will be preferred.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail sales.
Jewellery or luxury retail experience is preferred.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Good knowledge of customer handling and sales processes.
Knowledge of jewellery products, designs, and customer preferences will be an advantage.
Qualified appearance and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements and preferences.




Explain jewellery designs, product features, specifications, and pricing.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and budget.
Drive sales and achieve assigned individual and showroom targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with customers and generate repeat business.
Maintain a premium and personalized customer experience.
Handle showroom sales activities professionally.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Stay updated on jewellery products, designs, promotions, and offers.
