The Senior Manager – HR will be responsible for leading and managing the organization’s HR functions, ensuring effective workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, learning and development, and HR operations. The role will partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations and manpower planning.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Handle performance management, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.
Manage HR policies, MIS, and employee records.
Lead and develop the HR team.
Support management in strategic HR decisions.

Key Skills: Leadership, communication, employee relations, recruitment, HR compliance, problem-solving, and HRMS knowledge.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
