We are looking for Junior Accounts Officer is responsible for assisting in day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, processing accounting entries, preparing reports, and supporting the Accounts Department in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Operations
Enter purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal vouchers in Tally/ERP.
Verify invoices and supporting documents before entry.
Maintain proper accounting records and files.
Assist in daily accounting activities.

Accounts Payable
Record supplier invoices.
Prepare payment details for approval.
Maintain vendor ledger accounts.
Follow up for pending invoices and supporting documents.

Accounts Receivable
Generate customer invoices.
Update customer payment records.
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
Maintain customer ledger accounts.

Banking & Cash
Record bank transactions.
Assist in preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Maintain petty cash records.




Verify cash and bank balances.

Maintain and update:
Purchase Register
Sales Register
Receipt Register
Payment Register
Petty Cash Register
Vendor Ledger
Customer Ledger
Invoice Files
Bank Documents

GST & Compliance Support
Maintain GST purchase and sales records.
Assist in GST reconciliation.
Support the preparation of GST-related documents.
Maintain statutory records and files.

Required Skills
Basic accounting knowledge.
Knowledge of Tally Prime.
Basic MS Excel skills.
Understanding of accounting entries and bookkeeping.
Positive numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail.

Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com
Tally Certification Preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
