The incumbent will be responsible to assist the Branch head to meet his ABP by realizing the sales target assigned to him.

To act as an enabler in improving profitability of the branch by getting valuable quality of sales to ensure Unit level margin targets.

Assisting the branch in achieving targets on month on basis by Maintaining consistency of monthly sales.

Helping the branch to be recognized as single window solution provider by focusing on cross sales and delivering results from cross selling.

Mapping potential clients on the basis of geography, industry, competitors and type of customers by using his knowledge of industry and market.

These roles would comprise duties stated as follows:
Supervising and overseeing security functions in an organisation
Training and scheduling programs and functions to security personnel
Evaluating, assessing and analysing performance of security personnel
Initiating disciplinary measures wherever necessary
Patrolling premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
Monitoring and authorising entrance of vehicles or people in the property
Removing wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
Securing all exits, doors and windows after end of operations
