Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, real estate, commercial leasing, facility management, or interior fit-out projects. The role requires excellent communication, client relationship management, and sales closing skills.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business prospects for turnkey interior projects.
Meet corporate clients, architects, consultants, builders, and commercial property owners.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements.
Prepare proposals and quotations in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up on inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.




Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure timely payment collection from clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Preferred Industry Experience

Preferred Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in business development or corporate sales.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads independently.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Monthly lead generation targets.
Number of client meetings conducted.
Proposal-to-order conversion ratio.
Revenue generated from new clients.
Customer retention and repeat business.
Timely payment collection.
Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
