Position: Area Sales Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to manage sales operations, lead the field sales team, develop business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets for the territory.
Lead, guide, and monitor the Field Sales Executive team.
Develop and implement territory-wise sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and healthcare specialists.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor field team performance.
Track sales, collections, client acquisition, and territory performance.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
Ensure proper follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Coordinate with operations and other internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Prepare and submit sales reports and performance updates to management.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Diagnostic / Healthcare / Pathology Sales.
Prior experience in team handling or territory management will be preferred.
Robust knowledge of the local market and healthcare sector.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
