Job Profile
Participate in understanding the physical layouts and measurements of new properties identified also during finalizing new stores for beYon
Work and present the most efficient layout for the new stores along with planogramming, with closely working with the category team
Work on store interior design aligned to the brand’s language and on 3D renderings to simulate the look of the store for necessary internal approvals
Ideate and execute all the elements like display kits, communication within stores etc. which completes the look and feel of the store in all aspects
Work on standardizing the store elements after establishing a firm retail identity for the brand
Ensure consistency of display and presentation of all stores at all points of time. Devise a mechanism to monitor and check this at a given frequency
Plan and execute current collection display & communication when they hit the store by closely working with the category and the marketing team
Build a mechanism to bring in freshness to the store by tweaking product display and set up , show casing attractive window VM based on seasonality and recent product introduction

Key Deliverables
Ensure new store layouts and design simulation are released along with all the internal approvals are released to project team within the assigned TAT
Periodically check on recent store project work to ensure the work is moving as per the prescribed design plan
Set up current stores along with the retail team as per design plan after the store is handed over to retail team for operations
Put in place a VM audit mechanism to check store alignment
Build a VM operational calendar for the year and ensure timely execution
Put together a VM SOP for stores and train store teams on the same

Work Experience
The candidate should have prior experience leading Store planogramming & designing, Visual Merchandising in a Retail brand for at least 8 to 10 years.
Should be able to work on CAD and related software applications for 3D rendering of stores and VM elements
Should be a good multitasker with a strong design / experimental mind and ability to bring in new thoughts
