Requirements:
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in UK Doctor Recruitment.
Hands-on recruitment experience across Northern Ireland, Scotland, and England regions.
Northern Ireland (NI) recruitment experience is mandatory.
Solid understanding of NHS Frameworks and compliance processes.
Experience recruiting for Locum and Permanent Doctor roles.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced recruitment workplace.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support a team.
Revenue generation mindset.
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
