We are hiring a Sourcing Manager – Real Estate for our Pune location. If you have at least 2 years or more of experience in real estate sourcing and are looking for an opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with our Mohali office, we'd love to hear from you.

Salary: As per interview/performance.

Key Responsibilities
Source and generate leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure quality lead conversion.
Conduct market research and identify recent business opportunities.
Maintain sourcing records and provide regular reports.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sourcing.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the Pune real estate market is preferred.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
