Key Responsibilities:
Handle overall plant mechanical operations and maintenance.
Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery.
Ensure minimum machine downtime and maximum plant efficiency.
Supervise technicians, operators, and maintenance staff.
Plan daily maintenance activities and manpower requirements.
Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and machinery problems.
Maintain maintenance records, spare-parts inventory, and reports.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Purchase departments.
Ensure workplace safety and proper maintenance procedures.
Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery.




Identify ways to reduce maintenance costs and improve productivity.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of relevant mechanical plant experience.
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance.
Valuable team-handling and leadership skills.
Solid troubleshooting and decision-making ability.
Ability to manage plant operations independently.

Salary: ₹55,000/month (depending on experience and interview performance).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
