Position: Area Sales Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to manage the assigned territory, lead the sales team, develop business opportunities, and achieve sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets for the territory.
Lead, guide, and monitor the Field Sales Executive team.
Develop and implement territory-wise sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and healthcare professionals.
Identify new business prospects and expand market coverage.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor team performance.
Track sales, collections, client acquisition, and territory performance.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum Experience: 3+ years of experience.
Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience specifically in the Diagnostic / Pathology / Healthcare Sales field.
Candidates with experience from other sales industries will not be preferred.
Prior experience in team handling and territory management will be an advantage.
Solid knowledge of the local diagnostic and healthcare market.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
