Coordinate and supervise day-to-day activities on the assigned hospital floor.
Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, nurses, housekeeping, laboratory, pharmacy, billing and other departments.
Monitor patient movement, admissions, transfers and discharges and ensure timely coordination.
Address patient and attendant queries and escalate complaints or issues to the concerned department.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety and proper maintenance of the assigned floor.
Monitor availability of essential supplies, equipment and other floor requirements.
Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for timely patient care and services.
Maintain and monitor floor-related records, registers and reports as required.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, patient safety practices and NABH requirements.
Report incidents, deficiencies, maintenance issues and operational concerns to the concerned authority.
Support hospital administration during emergencies, inspections, audits and other operational activities.
Maintain qualified communication and ensure valuable coordination among staff, patients and attendants

Pay: ₹10,169.07 - ₹25,000.00 per month
