Key Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, including US payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and India payroll platforms
Robust knowledge of tax regulations in the US (e.g., IRS guidelines) and India (e.g., Income Tax Act, GST, etc.).
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar platforms.
Create, review, and issue accurate and timely client invoices based on contracts, timesheets, and other data.
Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and address billing discrepancies.
Advanced skills in MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
