We are looking for a passionate and skilled Networking & Security Trainer with at least 3 years of experience in training students or professionals in networking, cybersecurity, and related IT infrastructure domains. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom and virtual sessions, preparing course content, and guiding learners to acquire both conceptual and practical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver training sessions on Networking and Cybersecurity concepts, tools, and practices.
Design, prepare, and update training materials, lab exercises, and assessments.
Conduct hands-on labs and practical demonstrations for learners.
Monitor learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest trends in networking, information security, and cyber defense.
Prepare learners for certification exams (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Security+, CEH, etc.).
Maintain training records, reports, and feedback for continuous improvement.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Networking & Security Trainer.
Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, Firewalls).
Positive understanding of cybersecurity concepts (threats, vulnerabilities, SIEM, IDS/IPS, encryption, VPNs).
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and security tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Certifications
Cisco CCNA / CCNP
CompTIA Security+ / Network+
Fortinet / Palo Alto / Check Point certifications

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
