Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating business processes, gathering and analyzing requirements, and recommending data-driven solutions to help achieve organizational goals. This role requires robust communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate business needs into technical and operational solutions

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
06–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and SDLC (Agile and Waterfall methodologies).
Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or other business analysis and project tracking tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or BI dashboards is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ACTIVITIES
Business Analysis
Analyze current business processes, workflows,



and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements from key stakeholders.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit requirements and align on solutions.
Support solution design and ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Develop process models, wireframes, and documentation to support project understanding.
Conduct gap analyses and recommend enhancements to existing processes and systems.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, product, and operations.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights to support decision-making.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
Ensure all deliverables align with project goals and organizational strategy.
