Our Hotel Karthika Park is looking for a responsible and active In-Room Dining (IRD) Staff member to manage guest dining orders, online food delivery coordination, billing, and food packing. The role requires close coordination with the Food & Beverage (F&B;) Service Department to ensure timely and quality service to guests.
Requirements & Skills
Previous experience in hotel F&B; Service/ IRD / restaurant service preferred
Valuable communication skills and teamwork
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Willingness to work in shifts
Computer proficiency is mandatory
Location: Kazhakuttom, Trivandrum, Kerala
Salary Range: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
