Back Office Associate Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Back Office Associate to manage day-to-day administrative operations, process data, and support core business functions. You will ensure smooth organizational workflows, maintain database accuracy, and assist front-facing teams with internal operational processes. Key Responsibilities Data Management: Input, update, and maintain accurate information across company databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems. Administrative Support: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, documentation, and correspondence. Document Processing: Sort, verify, organize, and archive physical and digital files to maintain compliance and easy retrieval. Workflow Coordination: Monitor incoming customer or client requests, verify credentials/details, and route them to appropriate departments. Inventory & Procurement: Track office supplies, order inventory as needed, and manage vendor interactions or invoices. Quality Assurance: Audit processed records regularly to eliminate errors, duplicate entries,



or system discrepancies. Qualifications & Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or back-office operations role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and standard office management software or CRMs. Core Competencies: Excellent typing speed and accuracy, robust organizational skills, and acute attention to detail. Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental coordination. Problem-Solving: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, multitask under deadlines, and handle confidential data responsibly.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹23,867.44 per month
