Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on traditional wear for weddings, festivals, and occasions.
Styling Expertise: Suggest outfits, color combinations, and accessory pairings
Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales to meet or exceed individual monthly targets.
Product Knowledge: Deep knowledge of fabrics and current ethnic trends.
Excellent communication skills (local language + basic English/Hindi).
Passion for ethnic fashion and textile knowledge.
Strong interpersonal skills and a polite, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work versatile schedule, including weekends and holidays.
