We are seeking an experienced and proactive Civil Site Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing construction sites and executing civil works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating effectively with all stakeholders to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily construction site activities
Execute civil works as per approved drawings and specifications
Interpret and work with structural and architectural drawings
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met
Report site progress and issues to senior management




Ensure proper utilization of materials and manpower

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer
Solid knowledge of construction site management
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
Good communication and coordination skills
Solid focus on quality control and safety compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
