Job Description

Key role of Management Trainee at Skiify is to manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities. To conduct market research to determine requirements for existing and future products and services. Also the candidate needs to develop and implement marketing plans and projects for current and existing products and services, manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects, monitoring public and media perception of the client or employer.

Working closely with the sales team, and a team of regional marketers, Management Trainee will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategies and programs that successfully drive Skiify business. Key duties for Management Trainee:
Marketing Strategy and Planning
Product and Promotion Launches
Channel Marketing
Public Relations Management
Resource Management
Performance tracking
Operations




Account Management / Client Services
Account Management / Client Services Business planning and forecasting

Responsibilities:
Work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization.
Help set policies.Evaluate work output.
Attend periodic evaluations.
Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.
Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
Report market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing competitive price lists and products.

Skiils Required:
Demonstrable/demonstrated problem solving/analytical skills
Avid in understanding and adopting current technology changes
Good communication skills
Knowledge of mathematical modeling, numerical methods, operations research, statistical and probability theory will be advantage
Good academic background
