We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation to join our team.
Experience
10+ years of overall relevant experience
Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Compensation
At least one complete SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation cycle
Minimum one support project experience
Valuable understanding of other relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
Experience in end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Compensation
At least one complete implementation lifecycle experience
Experience in SuccessFactors support projects
Valuable understanding of related SuccessFactors modules
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification is mandatory
Robust analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams

Bengaluru / Gurugram
Work Mode
Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per week from office
Work Timings
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST
Notice Period
Immediate to maximum 20 days
